    Hi,

Recently I have setup a new website at www.6tc.net

I have been advertising with Adwords, Text ads and other means. I have found out that since the start of the website, there is no users registered at my site. My adwords are draining the money but no improvement in my site.

May I seek your expert view on this problem?

    Thank you.

Adword campaigns are good for Short term promotion campaigns ...that too when used properly ...
But in the long run you need to have your website indexed in google ...
coz more than half of your traffic will be coming from there ..
Spend money on a one time search engine optimisation, rather than spending it everyday on an everyday adword ...

I suggest to add more content for the site, make it more visually attractive since its a new site. You might also want to try other means of promoting you site.
    Good luck.

And yeh .. just to add, your site is not a niche site ...
specially with the biggies like imageshack n photobucket in the game , it will get very difficult for you to compete using just adwords

    Please dont mind
but the services (offers) and the design is not effective itself to get attracted considering the free and loaded offers from yahoo and google.
Its worth working more on that part rather than just wasting money in ppc.
If you get more visitors, think how u will convince them ?

    Just my opinion.

Thank you everyone for the feedback. I'm still considering whether to change to provide free forum hosting instead.

The site itself looks very plain indeed, no images to be seen, which is what the site is about. You could have had some thumbnails of people's holiday photos or something as an example.
Either completely redesign, and look at what others site have done, or go for a new direction.
    Good luck.

I've had the same problem. Have advertised with adwords and such and no new movement on my site. Would love any suggestions,

    My websit is http://www.VacationRentalsbyWeb.com[/URL]

I've been running this site for over 3 years and thinkiing about selling it, since my experience getting it listed on search engines is so limited. I can't get it listed on Yahoo, Google, etc.

    Any advice really appreciated.
