    I suggest to use wordpress for your CMS since its template easy for customizing. There are tons of free template for wordpress available on the internet get one you like and customize it to fit with your need.

    your theme looks good but which cms are you using ? is it a custom cms? if yes, you have to choose a good cms as a start:)

    check out themes.wordpress , there's alot of choices ... you definitely find something you like. and with a little mod, you get a good unique one with min time spent!
