Help needed for getting admitted into CPA networks

I need help getting admitted into some of the reputed CPA networks like hydra, copeac, clickbooth. Pm me with your methods and charges.

There is no need to ask somebody to get help for cpa admission.
You need a good looking website with descent traffic and a phone to call AM
of respective networks.Without caling AM its impossible to get into network.

 

Do those websites need to be CPA offers oriented or a business website will also do.
