Help needed for Blogger blog template design

I was creating a template for blogger blog.

There is some problem with header image upload given by Blogger .

When I use behind title and description the image doesn't show up.

But if used instead of title and description the header works fine.

Can any one figure out.

Does it make sense ?

Size is 960 x 252 .

I have not coded it to be fixed width header .

Here is a small problem .

As you can see search form isn't aligned properly . Can any one figure it out please ??

The template looks fine .But, in Edit Layout section it looks mis-aligned.

what browser are you using, I know there are problems with blogger templates in IE6 and 7, highly reccomend upgrading to Firefox, and doing a CSS IE Hack on your template

I'm using Firefox . I think the problem is with CSS . Still looking for solution.
