Help needed for adsense

    I know that promo tinging a site contain Google ads with ptc site or frame braker is illigle

    But i want to know that promoting site cantoning Google ads with banners on ptc is legal or not?

    Don't do it, you will get your adsense account banned. It is not illegal, as in breaking any laws, but it is against the adsense TOS.

    No,its not legal so dont try to do it otherwise your Google adsense account will be banned.

    No, that's against adsense TOS
    You will get banned by using traffic exchange or PTC traffic

    Last I checked all types of Google Arbitrage was a no no. Google doesn't like to be played for the fool.
