Help needed- DP account hacked

    Hi all DP members

    My friend's DP account got hacked recently.
    She was operating it on the nick name "kavita_talkin"

    Actually there was a thread in content creation recently where the client asked for "Forum Posting" and gave a link to subscribe upon

    Ignorantly she used the same ID and password as she did on her DP account.

    Now the nincompoop hacked her account and got it banned :(

    She even wrote a reply mail to the webmaster from the infraction mails she received, but there has been no reply yet.

    Please help me. What should I do to re-instate her account?

    PM me her old email and if it matches up with our records, I can roll back the account to that email.

    I think the so called hacker did change the email already or the victim would have done a password recovery. The concern here is why would someone register here just to report that his friend account got hacked.

    It crossed my mind also, maybe the IP address will reveal more. (maybe a caring friend);)

    Having the registered email address may help recover her account.
