All I've a client's website here (splash page created) where I want to simply add top navigation bar like this. (unfortunately developer who created this page is no longer around to make these changes) Who can customize wordpress template without messing up the details for me. I know it's small job but I'll continue to give you more work if we work good together, I need someone who's fast, trustable and reliable.
