    contain optimization include H1 - H6 tag, link navigation, image name and it's title, xml site map, robots.txt, directory structure, image url is ok or not
    these are include in on page services

    In very short .. I would like to explain you on page optimization..

    what ever you do on your page top rank it better it is on page optimization.
    like adding more content.. making important content bold, using h1 tags, setting good page title, choosing best domain..

    and what ever you do outside of the page is off page optimization.. such as marketing your site via social network, directories,forums ...
