Help need

Hi,

I bought a trimmer from eBay.
And i got the product and it was working fine.
After two days it stopped working.

What i can do this time.
Please anyone can help in this.

you should contact seller... and learn more return goods policy

 

Have you given the seller a positive feedback ? will be the first question in my mind !!!
If yes, then here you are basically at the loosing end, so try to talk nicely to the seller and check if he is exchanging the product. If he says no, then try to become aggressive and ask for a refund. However if he still doesnot agree, then try convincing him that you will buy something more expensive from his store, instead of the trimmer. Then he might be interested in, what we can call as an Upgrade Policy

 

This can be manufacturing defect, in this case you can request return for order.

create a request : item didnt worked, you will find an option in your account interface where you made that order...

the buyer has the obligation to reply within a minimal time to meet all his ratings, most of them has got 14 day return policy...
