HELP! Need to know which ad network is best for site!

hi, i've finally decided to take cpalead off the site as it has been cutting traffic ever since it has been put on.

Now i need help deciding which ad network to partner up with and publish ads to my site.

My site streams episodes of the popular tv show mad men: http://www.madmenepisodes.com/

I like pop-under and those ads that force you to stay on the page to view for a few seconds and popups. I'm not too fond of banner ads that flash and are annoying on the sides of the website.

please comment and tell me which ad network will go along best with my site or convert best for me as the owner. welcome any sugestions and would be grateful of your advice and help. thanks

Google's AdSense might be a good solution. They have a variety of ad templates and you can use your google account.

Ya i think ad sense is best choice be cause if you are using other then they increase bounce rate of your site so go for ad sense.
