help, need sitemap for wordpress powered site

I need help on where I can get a free plugin that I can use to install a sitemap on my website that is powered by Wordpress.

I need something very reliable and already tested. Anyone has information on where I can find such a WP plugin?

For all my WordPress based sites I use this XML Sitemap Plugin.

I'm absolutely new to this kind of stuff. I've never even used something like this before. Can I use it even if what I have is not a blog but a regular site built in Wordpress?

 

That was a plugin for Wordpress only.

It generate a sitemap for websites (non Wordpress), go to
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Its an online tool for you to create a sitemap.
Go to Google's Webmaster Tools and submit your site to be crawled.

Create an account with Google and when you login its there.
