A few months ago my personal PayPal account was permanently deleted (permanently limited status from what PayPal tells me) because of something they say I did. I am a United States citizen and can easily get bank accounts to get a PayPal account verified. I need information from any one that has gotten a new PayPal account after their previous one was deleted or put on permanent limited status. Please give me some ideas... more importantly, steps that you have successfully taken to get a new account. Thank you for any help that you might have for me. If I open up a PayPal account under a business name will that work? Can this business be a sole proprietorship with its own tax ID or would it have to be another form of business like a LLC or something like that. Even though I don't really like to use PayPal, they have sort of become a virtual monopoly in that tons of affiliate companies or entities pay their affiliates through PayPal. Additionally, most eBay sellers wholly sell their items using PayPal.
HI. I once had my paypal account closed. So I did the following the regain another one. To get a new one, you can still use your name and address I believe. However, you need to have a different email address, phone, and credit card info or bank info. Just to be safe, change your address as well (includes your billing address). I don't think you need this but worth trying. Once you change all this then you can have an account again. Thanks.

Sorry Michael Cole.. Are you assuming that my problems with PayPal has to do with my IP address that I login from? My problem with PayPal does not come from the location or IP address I login. I am not sure what you are suggesting?
