..from my looking around.. it looks like internet.bs has the lowest price for dot coms .. and they have free private who is with it to. I'm looking to get me one to... But every name I think of someone already has it. and usually has no site set up. But whichever you choose.. make sure their listed here: www.icann . org /en/registrars/accredited-list.html and Always look at the renew cost. If you find one cheaper let us know..
Namecheap is a good registrar if you do not have a verified paypal. They offer many freebies included with their domain name. As well as Name.com if you just like the domain itself.
