HELP!! (Need billing systen suggestion)

    Hello ,
    I am developing a mp3 related PAID web service. And people should pay for using this service. So i need a billing system to integrate (I need to process credit/debit cards , Mobile payments is desirable too)
    Unfortunatelly i can not use Paypal (I am located in Ukraine and it is impossible to receive money here)
    Please advice me a good billing system that suit my needs.
