I have read about affiliate programs and i have some doubts about it. In CPM networks if have 500 page impressions, do i need to reach the 1000 to receive money or its incremental(get paid for page view) ? Is there any CPM network with fixed price ? I read somewhere that there is programs that pay for banner or pop ups impressions (i guess) and their rates are not bat at all, if someone can help i appreciate. I dont have a very big site so i cant get into 1st Tier CPM Networks. Anyone have experience with ADSDAQ and AdDynamix ? Can we sell the page views we have to some company i think that exists but i dont know the name of the companies that are doing thos programs ? Thanks, and sorry for the long post.
