Should she get into paid forums, blogging, articles, any other suggestions? She's pretty much PC/online illiterate but she can rewrite very good, and no she wont get naked. haha! So What pays best? She's rewritten a few articles for me, and she's pretty good! Yeah My Wife wants to quit her dayjob! Dammit! I guess I better start shopping for a new laptop too huh.
There is not a lot of money in rewrites. It is better for her to make money if she can writes articles that are original. There is some money to be made but there is also a lot of competition. Here is some things to consider if she wants to quit. I wrote this after deciding to quit my day job. You need to consider how much her job is really bringing in.
Make sure you reduce your debt, and unnecessary expenses. Tell her to understand the rules of the forum she participates in, it's very easy to get banned these days. Especially DP. A simple thing like posting in the wrong forum will incur an infraction. 3 infractions and you are banned for 3 months. Find Mentor ! Use multiple forums. Please keep us informed on how this goes ! $3 - $50+ per hours Mileage may vary... Testing is important. Establishing a successful pattern is also important.
I think she should take a leave of 1 month so she can have a feel if she's making more or less the same amount compared to her salary, but do not let her quit the job because you will have no fall back just in case things don't go well.
Wow, it'll be a pain cause she will keep asking you questions, if she is a good writer, you should get her work, give her the topic, and article to rewrite and let her do it for you. If she knows basic internet tools and such she will do fine.
