hi i just recently made a website "bought domain & host"

About 100 people, 40 of them say that they are unable to go to my website.

Everytime they would try to. It would say unable to access website or it was not found.

Can anyone help me solve this problem please? Thank You

    Hello there,

Can you provide us with the domain name so that we can check it out from our end?

You haven't set any A records in your domain control panel. Type in the server IP of your hosting and save it.

It looks like you do not have the correct name servers set up. Your host should have provided you with the correct name servers to set at your registrar.

okay well here's the problem. my name servers are ns1.uhosting.org and ns2.uhosting.org, I bought my domain from name.com, and they said i wanted to use their DNS management i would have to use their name servers. when i added them, my website suddenly turned into a google app page, so i can't really add the name servers.

Your name servers at the registrar are set to use :

    ns5.boxsecured.com
    ns6.boxsecured.com

However, you DNS zone record at your host has these listed:

    ns2.uhosting.org
    ns1.uhosting.org

You need to figure out which ones you need, and make sure they match at both ends.
