you need to have a site with some content on it. i dont see whole lot of content on your site so maybe focus on that first. then promote your site and build LOTS of backlinks here are some free link building methods that you can try

I think you have to improve the quality of your posts and make it a bit longer. Use also the low competition keywords suggested. Increase also the backlinks to your site. Quality posts bring in traffic not just from bots and your friends but also organic traffic.
