I have a problem. I have a training site that is doing well - as a freebie. Problem is that I have put a lot of $ in it and I need it to make money also. In a nutshell, my site is a niche site for Industrial Automation training. Since it is a tight niche, the visitor count is around 100 a day. I have fairly good success getting new visitors to the site to register to see the sample videos available. I have over 1750 users, but I have very little success converting those users to paying customers. I have tried Ebay and have sold only one month. We have nothing but good reviews on the videos, but nobody really wants to pay. I have thought about going to an ad based system, but I dont think I have the traffic for it. I plan on trying some affiliate ads on the site and maybe even in emails to the users. I am using adsense and it pretty much covers all my sites web fees, but thats about it.
