Help, my server is 2-timing me

Okay, seriously I have no idea where to post this, but I am having a very frustrating problem.

I am using Rackforce.com, (happy with them too)

Anyway, I have a VPS/Dynamic Dedicated Server, and I am fairly clueless.

    Here is my problem.

I have a site, new, and it is just starting to be indexed. Anyway here is my problem. I saw that I was getting search engine hits, but when I clicked to see what, they were not going to my domain name, but rather another name with my content.

It was weird. All my codes, my ads, someone else's domain name. I contacted support many times on the issue. I looked up who owned that domain name.

I contacted that person and found out that they had briefly been a rackforce customer. Basically, he is still pointing his domains to my server. I asked him to point his domains somewhere else, but he has yet to do so.

In some weird Internet glitch, it is his domain name that is getting indexed and not mine. I obviouly want to build my name.

I have set up an account under that name on my server, and I am sure I could control the content.

BUT IS THERE ANYWAY TO STOP SOMEONE ELSES DOMAIN FROM RESOLVING AT MY SERVER?

    Any help is appreciated.

(I don't really want to reveal his domain (or mine) at this point, since his domain is his personal name...I'd like to leave it out for now)
