Is your account still open? PayPal is now holding funds for up to 21 days for certain payments received. This is for things you sell on Ebay as well as other sales you might make. They sometimes hold the money to make certain there is not a chargeback against the sale.

A big red flag there: you received money from an unregistered buyer and then you tried to withdraw the money, this translates into money laundering.
Also withdrawing money upon reception is a bad idea as that raises suspicions. Get on the phone with the PayPal reps..
Always consult about something you are unsure about, if you lose this account you may not be able to use them again.

Since you are a long time customer, I think there is still hope to get your account unlimited. Call them via Skype (for free) and try to resolve the issues. Let us know how it goes.

I dont think paypal simply close your account just because you receive payment from "Unregistered" paypal account
If this is the case, you can sue paypal
However, i believed that there are some reason behind

I understand your thinking but if you read my post carefully you'll understand PayPal's interests. They are very suspicious about such things and tend not to put much effort, they simply close the accounts.
