Help My Paypal Account Was in limit

i tried to call paypal but im still in the waiting list...

but today ill be sending them the utility bill of my mother. since i live with them

hope they will process it.

 

i already pass them the utility bill of my parents since they are the one who pay for our bills which is the bill was indicated with a letter telling that i live with my parents and they are the one who pay those bills.

this are the things that i sent them.

* passport (goverment issue )
* B.I.R with name and address ( goverment issue )
* utility bill of my parents last january 2008

hope this will be strong enough. . . did anyone tried this before? how many days did they restore your account for sending ?

techoholic, it will work since someone tried it already, at least they know the address and the last name of my parents since its matches... and also the b.i.r that i sent to them has name and address... and passport. its both goverment issue.

If u have done any illegal activity....then forget it..
ur account wont be restored

 

sorry but all of my documents are true and the info that i give to them is all true. and they restored it back.

im happy... never lie to them. thats all i know

 

if you are using personal account,you most probably get limited when you want to buy something online more than 3 times a year.I got limited last year too.But after submitted all the necessary documents,within 2 business days,my account get unlocked and I immediately upgrade my account to business account.
then now have no problems at all.

 

yeah,ill be upgrading soon for premier, is that fine?

 

It is a good idea to upgrade your account if you use paypal a lot.

i sent them my

passport and b.i.r which is both goverment issued and valid
and i sent them with my parents utility bill
