MY computer for some reason thinks that I am in Spain. I often get adwords ads that show words in Spanish. Also, when signing up for things such as Google Adwords, it says I am in Spain. My windows clock is synced to USA-Central Time (Which is correct) and my IP is also listed to be in the USA. What is going wrong? Can any of you techies help me?
