Maybe running adsence and BidVertiser on the same page? Invalid clicks?

All you can do it ask google. They generally do not reverse their decision, but it's worth a try.

You do just what webmasters did before Google.

We all lived without the big G once upon a time.

E-commerce sites are easier to promote than some other types.

You should not have the Bidvertiser and AdSense ads on the same page. I believe it is against adsense TOS, especially since the other ads are made to look like adsense ads.

Others with more experince can tell you if there are other problems.

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers.

A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks on any ad(s), including
but not limited to clicks generated by:

    - a publisher on his own web pages
    - a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads
    - automated clicking programs or any other deceptive software
    - a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads for any reason

Practices such as these are in violation of the Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and program polices, which can be viewed at:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms?hl=en_US
    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US

Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed further
participation in AdSense and do not receive any further payment. The
earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected
    advertisers.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

You are only supposed to have one adsense id so if banned from Adsense all sites are banned. If you have two distinct Adsense id's that is a violation of the TOS.

He cheats. He gets caught. Instead of trying to reform his ways, he looks for a way to get around the consequences of his theft so he chan continue cheating again. Brilliant.

is it just me or do you always have nothing nice to say? ads take up to 48 hours to 'not show' on disabled sites.
