I am still pretty new at html,Most stuff I don't know jack about.I want to position my adsense ads in particular sections on my blog.Is there anything out there that will let me just move the little ad box where I want ? Every easy wysiwyg I have tried so far makes the java dissapear when you try to edit outside the html.

I agree with andriusk, we can't help unless you tell us the page. Also give us some in depth information about what you have already tried and what else you may need help with specifically.

If there any tools that can make putting in AS easily? Something like Google Personalized Home, where you can drag and drop boxes of contents....

I do not see the point of such tools, because adding Google code is quite easy.
If you use only WYSIWYG editor, you can put let's say word "Google AdSense" in place where you want your ads to appear and then using text editor find and replace this phrase with google AdSense ads

I'm not sure how much easier they could make it. All you do is drop in the code they give you. Anything outside of that would make it difficult. Anyone, whether you know HTML or not should be able to drop the code in. Marketing it and position is something else, but anyone can drop it in.

    psp-love.blogspot dot com

It won't let me put a live link

I was trying to get it like this

chitika ad (not approved yet) very top of page a bit left
    headline and description centered
tiny adsense text ads just a little under the chitika ad,directly above my previous posts section.Which I want to move that whole section from previous posts to the "Ipower Blogger" button up so the adsense text ads can sit right there with no space under.finally I want to get my big square ad to the right of my posts, with ads by gooooogle lining up horizontally with the post date.I appreciate ANY help. thanks so much.I'm such a newb, LOL.

oh and I forgot but once the adsense is moved right, I want the posts moved up
under the headline, and then the big box "o" ads to the right of my posts, with ads by gooooogle lining up horizontally with the post date.

I have used wordpress and I liked it quite much, but I haven't used Blogger, so it's hard to tell which is better. I think that best is that suits your needs mostly.
