Due to RBI regulations, all non-Indian companies are prohibited from issuing credit/debit cards to Indian residents. Therefore, the Payoneer card is not available to Indian residents.

We do offer a local bank transfer service, which is a solution for Indian residents to receive payments from any of our over 2,000 partners. This service can only be used to receive payments from partner programs, however, and does not support private loading (loading from a credit/debit card).

What are these partner programs that you're talking about? I receive $200-300 weekly from my employer in US, is there a program through which he can send that money to me with very less charges?

Sorry, I thought you meant the Payoneer Local Bank Transfer Service. I cannot comment as to Moneybooker's service...however if it's been 10 days without receiving a payment from them I would assume they're having technical issues. It shouldn't take that long.

If your employer signs up as a partner of ours, he will be able to send you payments directly to your bank account in India for a charge of only $5.95. The funds would be sent from a local bank in India, in INR.

The process of becoming a partner of ours is very quick and entirely free of charge to the partner. If you think he would be interested, please PM me his contact information and I'd be more than happy to contact him and provide further details.

Indian residents can receive payments via Payoneer using our Local Bank Transfer service. Due to RBI regulations, the Payoneer card is not available to Indian residents.

yeah, i have heard about moneybookers fees. they are quite high even in comparison with paypal. on the other hand, this is why i use liberty reserve because the fees are much lower.

Hi, may be its too late to provide you guys a solution . which may be helpful to new guys who are losing money from moneybookers.
    The technique is simple:

If you make bank transfer from moneybookers of 100 usd, MB will charge 15 usd from you, so if you make transaction>100 usd like 102 usd, MB will still make a charge of 15 usd.

so you can make 2 technique. make a bigger transaction for example 800-900 usd, but dont make 1000 usd, may be it may cost you 150 usd.

another technique is , make the transaction splitted. for example 94 usd each. that will make less charge. so if you make 94 x 5=470 usd, MB will charge you as natural as you can see in MB website, but if you exceed 100 usd, you have to pay extra. wish this will be helpful.

For your information, I made my biggest mistake in my life this month, making 8 transaction each of 150 usd on some day interval without knowing about MB. and i can see, i lost total 120 USD !

By the way, it worked for me and wish it will work for you. But i cant guarantee it will work for all. Just make a try.

You can sign up for our global bank transfer service via Freelancer.com. In your Freelancer.com account, go to your payment method and select Payoneer. Once you get to the Payoneer application, at the bottom of the main page you can select to sign up for the Global Bank Transfer Service (enter India as your country and continue). It will look like this: http://blog.payoneer.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/GBTSignUpPage.png

Yes, they can charge in the form of FOREX, or processing fees, for foreign payment. It isn't transparent.

2Checkout does not currently have the global bank transfer service enabled as a payment option for their members. I would suggest contacting them and letting them know that you'd like to receive your payments to India via Payoneer
