HELP! Migrating Site to Different Server

    Hi,

    First of all thanks for opening this post and I hope you will help with my problem.

    I have recently switched servers and nameservers for my e-commerce site. One of my distributors yesterday told me he was receiving a "Forbidden error" message when trying to access the site from California, US. The server is located in Texas, US. This should NOT be happening.

    I need help from users all over the world to make sure my site is displaying properly from their location. If you could please simply go to my website at http://www.novawhite.com and see if you receive an error or not. If you could then post your results to this thread I would greatly appreciate it and would be inclined to offer some sort of discount code for your time.

    Hope to hear from people soon so I can have this sorted once and for all!

    25 views and not one reply. Well are there any paid services at least I could use then to expedite this process. It could be losing me lots of money.
