Help Me!!!

I am having problem with my blog...
My Blog is not appearing Google Ads.
when i view my blog using Opera... it is working properly...(sometime google ads and youtube ads not appear)

When i view my blog using IE... all my right column item are below all the post(on the main column)........(sometime google ads and youtube ads not appear too)

Help is really need and appreciated. Is there anything wrong with coding or something else??

your adsense and youtube film are working fine.

 

I am seeing ads, albeit not the most relevant ads in the world.
