    i had an account and i got banned
    my sister is interested in starting a new adsense account
    can she do it or it is related to my adsense account
    if she does it then should i change my ip or what shoul d i do

    I guess you cannot get another account maruti because she is related to you.
    They may approve you now but reject when you are going to get a payment.

    The only other way is to ask Google to re-activate your account. But you'll need a valid reason for that.

    i bought a website that was banned from google .Even with my name , country and credit card being different they wouldnt allow the domain back on there.
