    HI I am going to learn Web Developers Course (PHP & MySQL) tell me it's difficult or easy to learn. The course is on complete coding or little . Please tell me every thing about (PHP & MySQL)

    If you have HTML knowledge then go for PHP.
    But if you don't know anything about HTML, I would recommend you to start learning HTML first.

    You do not need to know any HTML in order to write php code.

    Most courses are written from the ground up, so it should be easy for anyone to grasp; it would be even simpler if you have an idea about programming basics such as functions, iterations, loops and so on. Im sure the course will teach you it however.
