    so can any one let me know when is the problem going to resolve and also an alternative way to send payments without paying off the transferr fees..
    help would be greatly appreciated...!!

    I got the same message in my morning time today. The client had already resent the payment to me by using services option and Paypal reversed it second time. Paypal balance is now negative. What should we do???
