clearly you violated the T&C of the site, you could try creating a new site, but hey it was only a month old, perhap go for a wp install on your own server
This is the reason why I ALWAYS recommend hosting your own stuff. You were lucky in a way that the blog was fairly new, imagine if you'd put months of work into it?? Always host your own stuff - it gives you complete control and more options in the future.
