My marketing knowledge is pretty limited so all help is welcome. I own the website getfromyoutube.com for a while now. It gets around 100 visits a day which is very poor. My problem here is that I would like to make some money with the website and have some good affiliates related to the content of the website. I have no experience in marketing this sort of websites. I have submitted it to a bunch of directories, linked to it, posted about it and have friends recommend it. So how can I promote such a website to get more visitors and find possible advertisers? I ask for your knowledge, will you help me out? Thanks in advanced
You might run into a big problem for infringing a trademark with that URL - I don't know if there's much of anything you can do with it!
Link exchanges for a start. Will help your SE rankings as well as maybe get you a little more traffic. Also, consider adding a "tell your friends" link to the site so people can easily pass the word on
