You can take a warez site to court. However, the contents of a warez FORUM are protected by the 1st Amendment. Under the Constitution, they have the write to say whatever they want in a public forum, regardless of how the copyright holder feels. You could pay the legal costs of taking them to court, but if they argued that it was a Constitutional question, and took it to the Supreme Court, they would win. A warez site like katz.cd is one thing, but a warez forum you will have trouble with.
People have a right to say what they want but I seriously doubt the Supreme Court or any other court is going to look at copyright infringement as a 1st Amendment right.
