I am using Seo Rush toolbar which has close button but there are some toolbars who do not have close button on them in that case visitor will just leave the website saying this website looks ugly or do not have good navigation.

You've got a laundry list of how not to build a website here... presentation inlined in the markup, static scripting and style in the markup, endless pointless DIV for nothing, abusively stuffed keywords meta (that shows someone doesn't understand what keywords are), pointless bandwidth wasting use of TITLE attributes, tables for layout, SPAN doing numbered heading's job, nothing remotely resembling semantic markup, etc, etc... and with 54 validation errors, it's not even HTML, it's gibberish.

It's also an accessibility train wreck with the fixed width, absurdly undersized fixed metric (px) fonts, a couple spots with illegible color contrasts... and it's bad design, with that giant malfing 'banner for nothing' rubbish sucking down a whopping 250 pixels for christmas only knows what.

Generally speaking there is more of 1997 than 2013 to this page -- though the first line of code proudly proclaims that for all to see -- It's a tranny -- which is to say it's in transition from 1997 to 1998 coding practices.

As I tell a LOT of people, you need to throw that mess away and start over with semantic markup, separation of presentation from content, and accessible design. See the first link in my signature, as your site suffers from most everything listed there.
