yes i provide post on various topics relating to adhd with specific keywords
my keywords have alot of searches but low competetion , i can eaily rank for it in the long run but i want to get rid of it instantly for a bigger project.

Well for the marketing terms to digest, I would recommend you the best tool ever that has not yet been used frequently but gives tremendous results - "Search"
The best way to get your answer quicker than anyone else is just search for your term in google and you will get lots of sites and blogs to refer. If you dont get what you are looking for, then after you see results in google, there is a long list of categories on the left hand side which says : Everything, Images, Videos, News, Shopping, Books, Places, Blogs, Discussions ans so on.
