1) first of all i dont have a debit card to activate my paypal.. any solution for that?

ANS : yea, just skip the part when it asks for your credit card and go to your account. if you want to verify your account still use a vcc, you can purchase one at shopvcc.com

2) I bought Hosting from net for 50$ and it worked for 15 days and then the site got closed.. hosting was for lifetime and that hosting now not working for me.. can i get my 50$ back?? the payment i sent was on 03-Jul-2009

ANS : probably not.... since they close they must have faced a loss or something.... try contacting them still... use a whois to get their email and info (www.who.is/whois/)

3) i want to withdraw money .. and i dont have any bank accounts in india Nor in USA..

ANS : no you can't without a bank account unless you use an exchanger who will send you the money through western union or some other way, and still its not guaranteed and risky.

4) i have debit card But Not the country i selected.. i have from other country.. will it work in paypal??

ANS : like i said above, best way is to use a VCC, get one from shopvcc
