Help me with option=com_user&view=login&return=

    Hello, im really hopeless im Joomla amateur and i dont have idea how to not request user login on my joomla website index.

    Site: http://bulterierka.cz
    Main page need to be: http://www.bulterierka.cz/index.php/home

    It shows this crazy URL: index.php?option=com_user&view=login&return=

    How can i bypass this login redirect please fastest way? I dont know where please

    Upgrade it to joomla 2.5 and disable user registration.
