help me with new wordpress plugin release

i have coded a new wordpress plugin Wp-PreventCopyBlogs which will Prevent and CopyProtect Your Wordpress Blog from fraudulent copies
BUt,i dont know what is procedure for adding my plugin to wordpress plugin directory.when i am clicking on login button of the plugin directory page,nothing happens.so,it is not related to my login alone.can anyone,figure out the exact problem and help me to add my plugin.???..thanks

where should i add my files?...login of wordpress plugins is not working???

Once you fill up the form, you will get an excess to subversion... just fill the form for mow

 

for fillling the form,i cant login into that...can anyone please check that now?

 

After you fill the form, you will have to wait a few days. Someone has to approve it first. Then you should get svn access.
