Hi - I know it's rude to do this, yes I'm new and haven't contributed anything yet, and I'm only here to ask for advice, but hopefully someone will be kind enough to overlook that and help me out I'm publishing a book and would like to get some advice on the title. The book is on anti-aging. It has really good content. A person can take the information in this book and apply it, and look up to 5-10 years younger, or more. But the results aren't "overnight". Some of the instructions will take a couple of weeks to start seeing results. There are a few things that will make an immediate difference. I want a book title that grabs a persons attention and makes them want to buy it. I have a couple ideas but I just think they could be better. Would anyone be willing to offer a few suggestions?
When I was a kid, I got deeply impressed by an ad about some anti-aging product on TV mostly because the model was not just beautiful, she had The Face. The product had 'Synergy' in its name. The word is of Greek origin and has a wide implementation, and a classy touch to it. I would toy with this one in reference to beauty, youth and health.

"Stop Looking Older! Tips On Anti-Aging". You might feel that is rude and an in your face type of a title but...it's the type of title that will cause a customer in a bookstore (or online) to pause and take a look. You have to garnish interest and want to make them check it out. I know a little bit about advertising and have learnt a few tricks in my time. I speak from experience from the advertising world, not just from the world of writing. Good luck to you with this, I look forward to reading your book when available.
I have found a number in the title generally attracts attention... something like 10 Tips to stop Aging and look Younger or 15 Ways to look Younger with these anti-aging remedies or 30 Days to a new Younger you with proven anti-aging methods or Find the Fountain of Youth | 4 weeks to a body renewal with proven anti-aging techniques

Hey Lizzie, I think the fact that you are shaving 5-10 years off with some results within weeks should be your key selling feature. I'd try and highlight those in the title... "How to look ten years younger within 60 days" "Look ten years younger within 8 weeks. Plus other great beauty tips"
