Help me with my April Fool's Prank

I'm thinking about filling up my friend's cubicle with packing peanuts. His square is 5 feet squared, so I'd need 125 sq. ft or 900 gallons of peanuts. I found some on ebay for about $150 but that seems kind of pricey for a joke. I'm open for other ideas if you have em, or if you know someone with extra packing material.

edit: Bluehair's suggestion sounds good to me, I'm selling sig links to get the joke done. I'll be on webcam as I fill up his cubicle and when he comes in, so you'll be able to see his reaction. That should help sell em, right?

Check to see if there's a Yahoo group for "FreeCycle" in your city. There's always people and businesses trying to give away packing peanuts

Have you considered what work will think about your prank? Employers can frown on that type of stuff.....maybe just wrap his entire cubicle in saran wrap. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for you doing it.....I don't have to clean it up!

work shmork. whatever the consequences are it will be worth it.

Although I'm really counting on me not having to clean it up.

    Hmm, what about this idea:

I could put saran wrap on top of his cubicle so it makes a roof, then I could fill it up with balloons. That would be way easier to clean up, which makes it a little less funny.

I love the balloon idea. They take up more room than the peanuts, so you wouldn't need nearly as many. Clean up would be easy. Probably wouldn't cost more...

I think it would definitely cost less. It would take more time though. I wonder if I should get the filled for me or if I should fill em myself. Having them filled presents a traveling challenge, but my doing it would take longer.

screw that...find a way to get a copy of his house keys and alarm code (use ur stealth skills) and re-arrange his entire house. put his bedroom furniture in his kitchen, his kitchen furniture in his bedroom, his kitchen furniture in his bathroom, his bathroom furniture in his living room etc. imagine his face when he finds his house broken into, re-arranged, and realizes he has to put it all back:p
