Help me with encoding the footer in WP

    I want to encode the footer links in a WP theme. I want to encode so that if somebody removes the encoded line the theme will break. How can I do that?

    I saw a few possible solutions for you in my WP Admin Add New Plugin section...just put "encoding" into the search plugins bar and see if any of the choices help. You can can install them and test one by one and if one does not do what you need just un-install and try the next..
