    I Just started a auction at BuySell Trade forum to sell a website.

    A Person placed BIN at the BIN.

    Now He is Not Replying my messages.

    what shall i do. If i leave him a negative iTrader he will also leave me a negative one. Thats Not Fair.

    So Please give me some suggestion...

    Not fulfilling your bid in the marketplace should be reflected in a way where future sellers can see the bad, the bidder has done.

    It is already. If they go back on a bid they've committed to, the OP can leave negative iTrader which is viewable by everyone.
