Help me ? with backup

    HEllo, I have backup file of my whole forums, i switch to new host and now i upload backup file in to new host and extract it , but i dont know how i import sql file ? or how my old sql data work, please help me ":eek:

    If you are using cPanel.. it will be easier for you to import..
