I think i am pretty good at php and mysql. And so i plan to do a script and sell it. Of the many sort i am not getting the idea of what to do.

    I intend to build,

    1. Directory script
    2. Blog script
    3. Some other thing

Can u tell me how much will u be willing to pay for a SE friendly directory script? Or is there any idea u have for a script that will sell like hotdogs? If i adopt ur idea in buidling a script, i will give u 50% royality.

I'd want a blogging/cms script that's really simple (I've yet to find one that my clients can use without hours of coaching). It would need to be se friendly of course, with the ability to name files, set the nav structure however I like, add custom metas, and also include plugins for se friendly link management. I don't want something that forces you to use to the typical calendar/category based blogging archive setup.

Think CMS for dummies, but with good features that a web designer/seo geek would love. Setup and management of multiple blogs on different sites (but through one install) would also be a bonus.

I'd pay anywhere from $40 to $80 if it offered unlimited or multiple site use. Right now my fav directory script is WSNlinks which is $50 for a 3 time use license.

    Good idea,
Yep, written in PHP, with some kind of auto install for a start.
