You cannot avoid reviews. They are there for a reason. You just have to wait until the review process is over and your ads will run, if you passed the review that is.

Yes you have to be patient, it's not fun but that is what we all have to go through. It's even harder if you have an Adult Site.

Dont use Brand Names, Trade Names, Product Names and Registered Names/ Keywords in your Adwords Ads. You'll get banned straightaway.

I love getting approved for adult sites... its like rolling a pair of dice every time. But I found a good trick, On Demand (if you live in comcast land) has softcore video descriptions. if it passes on demand video descriptions, then alittle massaging the keywords to fit your sites, and I'm usually approved.

You are playing with fire by trying to circumvent Google's approval process, which I doubt is even possible. Keep in mind that Google (as well as Bing & 7search) will allow you to bid on the Brand keywords of your competitors but you cannot use them in your ad title or description. They also may disqualify your ad if you are attempting to simply bid on any brand terms that are in no way related to the content of your website.

This is the cost of doing business with a search network. You must abide by their terms and conditions.

    Good luck,
