    Cellphones sounds good. Is a good paying niche when you post about specific models and not ringtones.

    Check out the topics you might be interested in to begin with. Makes it a lot easier writing about...

    I think review sites has the best CTR potential (as you are combining visitors looking to buy and advertisers that want to sell).

    And if you want natural SE traffic it should not be too competitive.
