    It has a steadily increasing traffic and a monthly adsense income of 40-50$.

    How much can I expect ?

    Ideally It's valued at 24-36 Months Income unless you get a very good deal. Wish you good luck!

    I have seen many websites sell for 12 months income, mostly in quick or distress sales.
