I think that it would be important for you to state what you are trying to achieve more clearly as well as where you are in the process. For example do you already have a website where the message board is going to be established? Do you have budget restraints or do you want to purchase one of the better message board services? Do you have any experience with certain boards that you would prefer to use? What is the board going to be used for, will there be integration issues with other features on the site?
