Help me to win a PayPal Dispute

    Hello Friends, i have a problem.
    I am selling Mobile Scratch Cards on my blog.
    Where any one can buy mobile Balance through PayPal.

    But the problem is that this is second time that some one has bought worth $12.89 scratch card and then open a Dispute in PayPal that i did not Received the PIN number for Mobile Scratch Card. (But i already send the card number, and he load the card in his mobile)
    And now he open a Dispute in PayPal.

    Similarly 30 days ago, the same Dispute was opened by a member, and then he won the Dispute and i lost $40.

    Now i need your Help?
    Please Help me.
    Please Guide me.


    I have only one proof, that is the Email, in which i send the Scratch Card number to the Email address of the buyer.

    Please Help me, how to win this Dispute.

    dude never take payment through paypal coz scammers chargeback the money .paypal is worst fro e-trading

    Since the item you have sold is intagible there are chances you can win/loss this. So be frank and tell the truth to paypal, as far as i remember, in intangible item claims they will side with the seller.

    I am sorry to hear that,you had better upload the decoments to paypal.But I am afraid you can not get the money back,,Because paypal always side with the buyer:(

    Well use better payment processor where you can directly accept payment from credit cards .
    And apply a download mechanism wherein after payment the digital download of a file (In the file you store your scratch card numbers) which will be a proof where buyer has received the payment

    Go for better payment processor who provide seller protection for digital downloads and NOT PAYPAL

    I regret to hear this, but your chances to win this dispute is minimal as you are dealing in intangible items and your mode of shipment is electronic where you can provide shipping number to PayPal and in this case PayPal will favor buyer. Try sending docs to PayPal but I don't think thats gonna work for you.

    As stated above, you should implement some sort of proof which you can show to paypal that the deal has been finalized so that if any dispute take place, you dont loose it.
